The Alpha Type ’E’ features all stainless steel hardware, including door hinges and an automatically operated interior light that illuminates the Mercedes X-Class load bed when the canopy door is opened. Central locking is standard on the Alpha Type ‘E’ and this operates via the X-Class's existing key fob.
